I could bundle shipping costs into product pricing to give you the illusion of free shipping. Most "free shipping" is just that. But in actuality you are paying mostly for shipping insurance when you pay for shipping with me. Shipping insurance is based on the price of the item or total cost of items purchased and that is the bulk of my shipping costs to you. Packages can get lost and since I make mainly one of a kind items with one of a kind stones I am unable to replace items if they get lost or damaged in the mail. Insurance ensures that you can get your money back if something unfortunately happens to one of my pieces in transit to you.

I do! Not to everywhere in the world but quite a lot of places. Chances are I ship to your country but you can find out for sure by entering your address at checkout.

It depends on where you are. Orders to US locations will take usually about 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders to Canada can sometimes take a few more days. International destinations vary widely on transit times. With post office or customs delays it can take longer to get your order but I always provide tracking so you can monitor your packages progress.

Shipping is done Monday through Friday on regular business days. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Occasionally I can get orders out on Saturday's but make no promises. If an order is placed on a holiday it will ship the next business day. You can add expedited shipping to your order to get it faster and if you really need it shipped out fast please send me a message. I try to accommodate whenever it's possible.
