I ship to quite a lot of countries. You can check at checkout if your address is accepted or not. Please remember that you are responsible for your countries customs fees or taxes.
It depends on where you are. Orders to US locations will take usually about 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders to Canada can sometimes take a few more days. International destinations vary widely on transit times. With the current post office delays it can take longer to get your order but I always provide tracking so you can monitor your packages progress.
Shipping is done Monday through Friday on regular business days. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Occasionally I can get orders out on Saturday's but make no promises. If an order is placed on a holiday it will ship the next business day. You can add expedited shipping to your order to get it faster and if you really need it shipped out fast please send me a message. I try to accommodate whenever it's possible.
I always hope my customers love their jewelry, but if you do need to return an order just email me directly and I'll take you through the process. In some instances I cannot take returns which is spelled out in my return policy.
