Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and third-party shipping insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently offered only to select countries. If shipping is unavailable to your location, checkout will not allow selection.

Shipping Insurance & Claims
All insured packages are protected against loss or damage while in transit.
If a package is lost or damaged:
Recipient cooperation is required for the claims process and may include:

Contacting the local post office or carrier when requested

Completing and signing required insurance claim forms confirming non-delivery or damage when applicable
Claims cannot proceed without the required participation from both sender and recipient.
Insurance decisions are made solely by the carrier or insurance provider. I do not control approvals or denials.
Insurance coverage is provided through Shipsurance, a third-party shipping insurance provider. Customers who wish to review full policy details may do so directly on the Shipsurance website.
Claim Timeframes

International shipments may require up to 40 days from mailing before a package can be officially declared lost and eligible for claim filing.

Delivered Packages
Insurance coverage ends once tracking confirms delivery.
Please monitor tracking updates and arrange delivery to a secure location when possible. I am not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Signature Confirmation
Orders over $999 ship with signature confirmation required at delivery in order to maintain full insurance coverage.
This requirement is set by shipping insurance policy and cannot be waived. Please ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.
