Tourmalinated Quartz Pendant with Hinged Bail in Sterling Silver and 18k Gold

This striking pendant features a high-clarity tourmalinated quartz, laced with fine strands of black tourmaline that appear suspended like threads of ink within the stone. The quartz carries a subtle smoky tone, giving the piece depth and contrast while allowing the intricate inclusions to take center stage. Bold 18k gold prongs highlight the warmth within the stone, adding a rich, refined accent to the otherwise clean and minimal design.

The pendant is finished with one of my hinged bail designs, a detail I love for both its function and visual presence. It adds a sense of movement and a graceful silhouette, allowing the pendant to sit beautifully when worn.

It’s said to help shield against negative energy while also balancing opposing energies, bringing clarity to confusion and transforming inner tension into harmony. The black tourmaline within is believed to deflect negativity, while the quartz amplifies energy, making this a powerful combination for strength and alignment.
