Black Tourmalinated Quartz Wide Band Ring – Size 10.25

Black Tourmalinated Quartz is one of those stones where the inclusions are the whole point. Fine needles and tangled clusters of black tourmaline crisscross through clear to smoky quartz, suspended at different depths inside the stone. Some disappear into dense dark thickets while others seem to float individually through the crystal. It's a naturally chaotic little world trapped inside a piece of quartz, and no two stones will ever arrange themselves quite the same way.

The wide sterling silver band is covered in layers of texture and individually applied silver details, with a dark patina worked into the recesses to bring everything forward. The band has substantial presence at the front but tapers considerably toward the back for a more comfortable fit. A hammered double bezel frames the rectangular stone and echoes the darker lines running through the quartz.

Tourmalinated Quartz combines quartz with naturally occurring Black Tourmaline inclusions. Metaphysically, the combination is associated with grounding, protection and clarity, and is believed to help clear unwanted energy while encouraging balance.
