This necklace is part of a new body of work using reticulation and granulation techniques along with painting and fusing with gold. Using these techniques, in combination with my usual style of work, I feel that I have created some very unique artwork that will hopefully become a cherished piece of art jewelry for your collection. The amount of time and processes that have gone into this piece is considerable but the resulting artwork is one I am very excited to share with the world.

The shape of this piece reminds me of a goddess figurine. I hadn't intended that when I created it, its just what happened. The top stone leads to a balanced collection of silver spheres which is what connects the top and bottom to each other. Interspersed in the texture are the tiniest of silver granules and 22k gold. The stone is a natural surface obsidian and the pattern echos the texture in the piece below it. Pendant measures 2 1/2 inches long by 1 inches wide. Very much one of a kind, signed. 

 ♦Chain: This comes on a leather cord that is currently 18 inches long.
