Labradorite Open Frame Earrings in Sterling Silver

These earrings feature beautifully elongated labradorite stones suspended within one of my newer open-frame designs, a style I’ve been especially excited to explore lately. The shape keeps them feeling light and elegant while still making a statement, with tiny clusters of sterling silver granules adding texture and balance throughout the design. The backs of the earrings have also been hand textured, giving them a finished, thoughtful feel from every angle.

The labradorite in this pair is especially striking. Flashes of electric blue move across the surface of the stones as they catch the light, shifting against deeper smoky grey undertones beneath. There’s something almost atmospheric about good labradorite, like storm clouds lit from within. These stones have that same moody glow that keeps pulling your eye back for another look.

Labradorite is often associated with intuition, transformation, and protection. Many people are drawn to it for its mysterious flashes of color and the sense of depth the stone seems to carry within it.
