This necklace features a super seven gemstone, also called Melody Stone. It is a rare stone that is comprised of seven different minerals, Amethyst, Cacoxenite, Geothite, Lepidocrocite, Rutile, Smoky Quartz, and Quartz. This one has black, purple and red rutile in it with splashes of amethyst, clear and smoky quartz. This stone has become very hard to find lately and I have just found out that is because it is only found in one mine in the world and that mine is flooded out and completely underwater. So who knows if they will ever be able to get back in there ever again. 

 Pendant is 1 1/4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. I love the shape of this stone and the way the rutile sort of flare out in an starburst effect.

 ♦Chain: This comes on a oval link chain which currently is 18-20 inches long with a lobster claw closure.
