White Topaz Hand-Knotted Strand Necklace in Sterling Silver
There’s an undeniably sensuous allure to a hand-knotted strand of gemstones. Each bead moves with a liquid grace, the silk thread giving the necklace a supple drape against the skin. In the hand, they’re a joy to roll between your fingers, smooth and rhythmic with just the right weight. It’s a tactile pleasure, flexible and deeply satisfying. I adore layering these strands, playing with different stones, colors, and lengths, but they’re just as beautiful worn alone. Each one is knotted on silk thread chosen to complement the stones.
This strand of white topaz is beautifully bright and full of sparkle. The stones are clear but not perfectly glassy, with natural inclusions visible inside some of the beads that catch and scatter the light along with the faceted surfaces. The slightly plump rondelle shape gives the strand more presence than a finer strand of clear stones, while the colorless topaz makes it incredibly versatile. At 24 inches, it also gives you a great length for layering, adding light and sparkle without competing with the colors around it.
White topaz is traditionally associated with clarity, focus, and intention. It is believed to help clear mental clutter, strengthen concentration, and encourage a greater sense of purpose and direction.
