Lapis Lazuli Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver

There’s something timeless about lapis lazuli. This pendant features a richly saturated blue lapis cabochon with beautiful natural variation throughout the stone—inky cobalt, electric royal blue, and subtle flecks of golden pyrite that catch the light like tiny stars. The elongated teardrop shape gives the piece an elegant, easy drape, while the cluster of silver granules beneath the stone adds texture and a soft sculptural detail that feels distinctly handmade.

The back of the pendant has been finished with an ornamental floral-inspired pattern, adding another thoughtful layer of detail to the piece. I always love when the back of a necklace feels just as considered as the front—it turns the pendant into something beautiful from every angle.

Lapis lazuli has been treasured for thousands of years and is often associated with wisdom, intuition, and self-expression. Many people are drawn to it for its deep celestial color and its connection to clarity, truth, and inner vision.
