Moss Aquamarine Hand-Knotted Necklace – Sterling Silver

There’s an undeniably sensuous allure to a hand-knotted strand of gemstones. Each bead moves with a liquid grace, the silk thread giving the necklace a supple drape against the skin. In the hand, they’re a joy to roll between your fingers, smooth and rhythmic with just the right weight. It’s a tactile pleasure, flexible and deeply satisfying. I adore layering these strands, playing with different stones, colors, and lengths, but they’re just as beautiful worn alone. Each one is knotted on silk thread chosen to complement the stones.

This strand of aquamarine carries a soft, moody palette of silvery gray-blue tones with a luminous, almost misty shimmer. The faceted roundel beads catch the light in a subtle way, creating a gentle glow rather than a bright sparkle—more like light filtering through a stormy sky than a clear, sunny blue. The color shifts slightly along the strand, giving it depth and quiet movement. At 5.25mm, the beads have a satisfying presence while still remaining refined and easy to wear, whether layered or on its own.
