This necklace features a super seven gemstone, also called Melody Stone. It is a rare stone that is comprised of seven different minerals, Amethyst, Cacoxenite, Geothite, Lepidocrocite, Rutile, Smoky Quartz, and Quartz. This one has black, purple and red rutile in it in clear quartz. This stone has become very hard to find lately and I have just found out that is because it is only found in one mine in the world and that mine is flooded out and completely underwater. So who knows if they will ever be able to get back in there ever again. 

 Pendant is 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide. The stone has a mostly unnoticeable rough spot along the top left. It's not really easy to see but it's there so the price reflects this minor flaw in the stone. 

 ♦Chain: This comes on a oval link chain which currently is 18-20 inches long with a lobster claw closure.
