This Ethiopian black opal is absolutely loaded with color. Deep, electric blues dominate the stone, shifting into brilliant turquoise and vivid flashes of emerald green as it catches the light. The dark body color makes those flashes especially intense, and the rose-cut facets create an interesting play of light across the surface. Depending on the angle, you might see broad patches of glowing blue or sudden bursts of almost neon green. It's a particularly flashy little opal, with a richness of color that's hard to capture in a still photograph. The reverse is finished with a decorative texture in the silver.
