If this customer would have reached out to me and asked for a heavier weight chain I would have been more than happy to give them other options. As clearly evident in the listing photos this comes on a lightweight cable chain, I'm not sure why they would have expected anything else. After selling hundreds of necklaces on this chain this is the first time anyone has ever said this. What's worse about getting a 1 star review from someone is the fact they entered their address incorrectly so I attempted to reach out to them multiple times with no response. Then I went out of my way to make sure that I got the right address for shipping, going above and beyond a normal transaction to get them their item and provide the best customer service experience I could only for them to leave me a 1 star review and never contact me to return this anyway. I should have just canceled this order when the address didn't match up and the buyer didn't respond because now I'm stuck with a bad review.
I ordered these on the small rounded ring and they are very lightweight and nicely casual. I can wear these with anything, which is nice. They are quirky, or wonky, as the description says, which I like.
I received this necklace on time and it matched the photograph that led me to order it. The beads have subtle hues of green, gold and copper. It is pretty and easy to wear.
